  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is a tribute to the name of a favorite uncle combined with the name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. Scott also signed a record contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It included the smash track "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) hit number one on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album is the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. This album topped the Billboard 200. Following the debut of his hit single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first artist on The Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within one year.
